General Guidelines

Due to the nature of instantly downloadable digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not provide a trial period, and all sales are final unless one of the exceptions below applies.

• You expected support within minutes and didn’t allow time for assistance.
• You denied our team access to investigate a product issue.
• You used a download manager or attempted to download in bulk.
• You used the product for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

VIP Memberships & Renewals

Our VIP plans provide access to an extensive library at a heavily discounted rate. These memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for past payments or renewals.
